How to book
Booking with Gina couldn’t be easier. Just call or text to see if your date is still available then make a time to have a coffee. This is a no obligation meeting where you can take the time to look at some printed work and get to know her and gauge whether her personality will gel well with your bridal party. This is really important because your spending the day with them. As much as you love the photos you need to like the photographer just as much.
Once you have met with Gina you can then choose to book. This will entail signing a contract and paying a $500 deposit. Gina will require a day plan which she can help you with and a group shot list for the family photos after the ceremony.
You also have the opportunity to meet again before the Wedding to finalize the day plan and talk through any other concerns or if your limited on time this can be done via email.
Booking from overseas
This is a really easy process. Gina can call or Skype you and have the same meeting that you would have in person. All the planning can be done easily via email. We have done a lot of overseas weddings so we know this still works well.
After the Wedding
Your perfect day has come to an end so what happens now? Gina will work very hard to get you a sneak peek done within the first week these will either be in the form of a blog or a Facebook post. Either one you are able to share freely with your friends and family. The turn around time for your Wedding photos is 5 weeks. On the fith week you will have a time to meet, where Gina will have made a highlight reel for you to watch. You will receive your lovely wooden USB in a keepsake box. You will also have the chance to talk about Albums and Prints. Ordering an album will require you picking your favorites from your online gallery which we will use to create to book. You will have the opportunity to see the online version and make changes before it is ordered.
